Schedule is dependent on school and training program selected.
Women who are residents of Minnesota and one of the following:
- Age 50+
- A person of color
- Low income
Funds are available to pay for short-term training leading to work that is considered non-traditional for women, in-demand and good wages.
- Work 1:1 with an employment counselor
- Interest and values assessments
- Career exploration and labor market research
- Develop a training and job search plan
- Financial assistance
- Job search assistance

- Construction or commercial painters
- Welders
- Heavy-truck drivers (CDL)
- Highway maintenance workers
- CNC operators
- Glaziers (specialty occupation in construction)
