Tuesday: 9:00 a.m. - 1:00 p.m.
Thursday: 9:00 a.m. - 1:00 p.m.

Free Phlebotomy training. As a Phlebotomist you will be working closely with patients providing excellent customer service as you collect blood for testing purposes.

  • Collect blood for donation or for testing, so the blood can be analyzed in a clinical laboratory
  • Ensure that all equipment is properly sanitized before it is used to collect specimen
  • Accurately label and properly store samples, reducing cross-contamination and inaccurate test results

PPL’s program will include over 100 classroom hours to prepare you with technical skills and confidence as you enter the workforce.

Online or Virtual Information
Hybrid, Online and In Person Classes. Clinicals will include 8 hour day shift for 3 weeks. In person classes will be at Minneapolis College/North Hennepin Community College.

How to Participate

Eligibility requirements include the following:

  • Attend Virtual Info Session 
  • Income/Circumstance eligibility
  • Minnesota resident
  • GED/High School Diploma
  • 6 months customer service experience
  • Test at 6th grade or higher in Math & Reading (Proctored by PPL)
  • Background Checks
