Igniting students interest in STEM through experiential learning and technology exploration MTFSYouth Learn provides both equipment and curriculum to ignite student interest in the possibilities of technology. Through this youth program, we work with middle and high schools to create custom programming around building fundamental technical skills - like CompTIA IT Fundamentals+ and Cisco IT Essentials - and practical application through courses including website design, app design, and game and coding design. MTFSYouth Learn opens the door to an intentional and accessible STEM pipeline leading to career and higher education opportunities in STEM and IT fields. Giving students this opportunity to cultivate early experiences in the STEM industry can lead them to sustainable, family-supporting, and successful careers, advancing the inclusivity of the STEM field.
We have various start dates and class times.
Please note, eligible participants must: • Be between 14-17 years of age. • Have a valid government-issued ID. • Be eligible to work in the United States

Program Costs
A combination of public and private grants allows the majority of MTFS Learn students to enroll in training at no cost.
For students currently enrolled in MN Benefits, Minnesota Tech for Success is WIOA approved and can be found on the Eligible Training Provider List (ETPL.) Speak with your employment counselor about co-enrolling to support this MTFS training.
