The Education & Training Committee will service as a resource identifying essential skillsets and trainings to prepare workers for the manufacturing industry. The committee will work with educators and stakeholders developing these trainings, providing guidance and real-time feedback on curriculum as needed. The goal is to foster synergy and alignment between employers and educators.
Current committee focus:
- Identify universal skill sets for entry level onboarding into industry
- Assess readiness of today’s workforce talent for employment in industry
- Partner or sponsor industry informational sessions
