CompTIA IT Fundamentals +
Our CompTIA Fundamentals+ Class is designed to provide students with a solid foundation in IT skills and knowledge.
This class covers essential IT concepts, including:
- hardware
- software
- security
- networking
Students will also learn about the basics of cloud computing, database management, and troubleshooting.
The course is designed to prepare students for the CompTIA IT Fundamentals+ certification exam, which validates their understanding of foundational IT concepts. With this certification, students will be better equipped to pursue a career in IT or to further their education in the field. The class is taught by experienced instructors who provide hands-on training and personalized support to ensure students' success.
Please note, eligible participants must: • Be 18+ years of age. • Have a valid government-issued ID. • Be eligible to work in the United States

Outcomes
A combination of public and private grants allows the majority of MTFS Learn students to enroll in training at no cost.
For students currently enrolled in MN Benefits, Minnesota Tech for Success is WIOA approved and can be found on the Eligible Training Provider List (ETPL.) Speak with your employment counselor about co-enrolling to support this MTFS training.
