Brenk Brothers Inc. is a precision machining company involved in close tolerance (less than .0005") work. We are set up to provide small to medium volume quantities of customer designed parts, sub-assemblies, and components to fulfill orders from DoD and civilian contracts. We participate in the design and development phases of prototypes through completion of production. Our focus is on the use of CNC equipment, in milling, turning and EDM. We provide complete assemblies of sub-assemblies and components, including the wiring and testing as required in completion of a job. Our quality control is certified to AS9100 standards. Brenk Brothers Inc. was established in July of 1989 by brothers Tom, Jeff, and Mike Brenk. Our original focus on close tolerance parts specializing in complex CNC milling and turning. The company had outgrown the original 8,000 square foot facility located at 105th Ave in Blaine by 1994 and moved the shop to a full-scale manufacturing facility at 7490 Central Ave in Fridley, Minnesota. Construction began to expand the facility to include a large shop expansion and office renovations. We finished construction increased the facilities footprint to 100,000 sqft pre-stressed concrete building able to support a continued path of growth and diversification with the additions of 5 axis and automated machine centers, Wire EDM, cleaning, tumbling, deburring, and assembly processes. This has allowed our interests to support designs in various industries and technologies to include medical, defense, aeronautical and aerospace, process equipment, and data storage for local, national, and global networks.
