Center for Alcohol and Drug Treatment

The Center for Alcohol and Drug Treatment (CADT) is a non-profit 501c community-based treatment center, established in 1961. CADT started with two concerned citizens’ desire to help individuals struggling with drinking problems. Over the years CADT has changed in many ways, adding programs to provide treatment and support to individuals not only with drinking problems, but also drug use problems and more. We now employ approximately 170 people and provide services in eight locations.

Mission, vision and values driven, the treatment philosophy embodies individualized treatment planning, while understanding the community need. We have created a culture based upon our core values of compassion, joy, integrity, community, and stewardship. These values influence the decisions we make every day with patients, co-workers, and community stakeholders.

We offer a full continuum of care that is collaborative, engaging,  and provides individualized treatment at each level: Withdrawal Management(Pathfinder) , Detox, Men’s High Intensity Residential treatment, Gender specific Medium Intensity Residential treatment, Opioid Treatment Program (ClearPath), Medication Management Program (MMP), Co-Occurring outpatient programs, SUD Outpatient programs, individual sessions, diagnostic assessments, gambling services, and involvement in the specialty courts.

Individualized treatment includes meeting the client where they are at within their stage of change and helping clients create a positive change trajectory. Utilizing evidence-based and best practices, we have been able to maintain a near 80% completion rate.  We believe this is related to our core care model that incorporates many pathways to recovery, and that CADT treats each patient with compassion, respect, dignity, and kindness.  CADT brings with it an exceptional reputation from the community and patients we serve.

CADT regularly seeks entry-level clinical assistants, licensed practical nurses, and licensed alcohol & drug counselors who embody the mission, vision and values of the organization.
