- Employee Stock Ownership Plan (ESOP): Rainbow Tree Company is a 100% employee-owned company through an ESOP plan. Eligible employees under this plan are awarded shares in Rainbow, and vest in the value awarded over time. - Parental Leave: Paid time off for birth and non-birthing parents to bond with new family members
- PTO: Beginning with two weeks (80 hours) during first year of employment.
- Floating Holidays: One floating holiday is awarded on the first day of each calendar quarter, for a total of 4 days (32 hours) per calendar year.
- Holidays: Rainbow pays full time employees for 8 holidays per calendar year
- Volunteer Pay: 8 hours pay available annually for volunteer work with eligible organizations.
- Bereavement Leave: Employees receive paid bereavement leave for immediate family members.
- Tuition Reimbursement: Rainbow offers a tuition assistance program to help cover post-secondary education costs for qualifying full-time employees.
