MBMentors

MBMentors is a 501(c)3 non-profit. We currently have 25 volunteer members who give their time, talents and skills to help entrepreneurs and small business owners throughout the state for free. To date we have worked with over 900 clients.

MBMentors Mission: To be the premier non-profit volunteer organization for enabling the success of small business owners, CEOs, and entrepreneurs in Minnesota.

Vision: As an organization of proven business leaders, we are here to serve Minnesota small businesses helping them establish, grow and prosper by sharing our collective wisdom through robust service offerings. 

Our FREE services include:

• 1:1 business coaching/mentoring to entrepreneur or small business owner
• Over 40 business webinars a year on more than 20 topics including sales, marketing, financial acumen, legal entities for a business, QuickBooks, Cash flow management, pitch deck design, elevator speech, and many more.
• Quarterly Women’s Collective business education/networking events. By our women volunteer members for women starting or running a small business
• Free business plans using LivePlan software. While working with us, use of the software to build a plan is free, a $280 savings for our clients.

We also form and facilitate CEO Roundtable Forums for small business owners and CEOs. We charge a small fee to run this program to cover the meeting expenses. 

Our website has a wealth of free resources and links for any business owner. 

We work with Hennepin, Dakota, Carver, Scott, Washington and Ramsey Counties on various programs including CEO Next and Elevate.
