Friday: 3:00 p.m. - 7:30 p.m.

The Diesel Technician Training Program is your next step to a Diesel Technician Career that provides stability and sustainability with a living wage. Starting pay in this industry ranges between $23.00 to $30.00 per hour (wage dependent on qualifications). When your training is complete you will be eligible for interviews and networking opportunities with our employer partners, who are some of Minnesota’s top employers.

Our Diesel Technician Training Program has the opportunity to earn & learn up to $4500**. Programming also includes professional 21st Century skills that employers are looking for in new hires and promotions. Along with TCR’s Personal Empowerment and Emotional Intelligence Training that is a vital part of our training and builds the confidence needed to grow your career and become financially independent.

This is a hybrid program, in- person classes will be held on site at St. Paul Technical College.

Eligibility Requirements:

18-30 years old
Able to work FULL-TIME.
Felony friendly programming available. Felonies and misdemeanors reviewed on a case-by-case basis. No criminal sexual conduct or arson charges.
Eligibility dependent on income.
Must be a Minnesota resident living in Ramsey County.
